Overview
As a Program Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll supervise services in a specialty behavior program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities include providing case management reviews and supervision, participating in individual assessments and placement decisions, developing and ensuring implementation of behavior support plans, supervising and managing assigned staff including performance evaluations and training, observing behavior plan implementation and providing staff feedback, overseeing clinical and crisis management, facilitating communication with families and agencies, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all documentation meets legal and corporate requirements. The position requires a Master's degree, BCBA certification, 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD, current driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification.
