Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at Homeland, you'll help manage store operations to achieve maximum sales and profit while ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in attaining sales and budget goals, working with department managers to maintain inventory levels and performance standards, overseeing ordering and receiving processes, managing store opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store conditions and security. You'll also supervise front-end operations, handle customer requests and complaints, participate in hiring and training employees, and conduct daily store walks to identify and address operational needs.
