Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development specific to outpatient wound care services. Serves as the Program Director of the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient wound care clinic. This includes physician office calls, networking and participation in professional healthcare organizations, educational in-services and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings or other community-sponsored activities that provide opportunities to raise general awareness of PAM Health programs and services. Secondarily responsible for coverage for clinical care to ensure consistent level of service for clinic needs. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Education and Training: Healthcare experience in marketing desired. Computer literate and desire to enhance skills with PAM Health information system software. Wound care and hyperbaric experience desired.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of sales/marketing experience preferred. Prior involvement calling on physicians and referring facilities is desired.
