Overview
Sales Managers for telecommunications infrastructure solutions are responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve business goals in the CIS region. Key responsibilities include developing subregional sales strategies, building strategic relationships with clients and partners, managing P&L metrics, and leading sales teams. Candidates should have a Master's degree in electrical engineering or energy, 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or data centers, international sales management experience, and fluency in English and Russian. Deep understanding of AI and O-RAN technologies is preferred.
