Overview
As a Service Writer, you will serve automotive customers by consulting with them, building relationships, and following VIP processes to educate them about their vehicle's condition based on mileage and MPI vehicle inspection results. You will achieve better than average success in customer engagement as measured by VIP Sales & Execution (SAX) score. The role requires learning VIP's processes and successfully executing all activities assigned by the Service Manager. You will also take and pass required training, become certified in various automotive services, and effectively communicate with the team throughout the day.
