Overview
As a Property Manager at NEXITY LAMY HAGUENAU, you'll manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring their administrative, technical, legal, accounting, and commercial follow-up to preserve and develop the portfolio while facilitating synergy with cross-functional activities. Your main responsibilities include managing properties to preserve the portfolio, developing your portfolio, analyzing property profitability, actively contributing to client satisfaction in your area of expertise, and reporting your activities to your hierarchical superior. The role requires specialized education (ICH, ESPI), legal university training (BAC +3/4), or a BAC +2 degree (BTS in Real Estate Professions, Management of Commercial Units, Negotiation and Customer Relationship) with at least 4 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager. Any experience in property management is desirable.
