Staff Engineer Applications

Looking for hands on experience in embedded application development with strong understanding of Analog and Digital design.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Build and validate MCU-based applications end to end: firmware development, board bring-up, and performance tuning.
• Optimize systems for power consumption, latency, and throughput.
• Produce high-quality technical content (application notes, referencematerial) and deliver trainings.
• Collaborate across teams and with customers to solve complex system issues and deliver production-ready solutions.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in embedded application development with strong understanding of Analog and Digital design.
• BTech/MTech in Electronics, Computer Science or similar field.
• Strong C programming and embedded systems fundamentals, including software build process and hands-on board bring-up.
• Good understanding of microcontroller architectures and common peripherals.
• Mandatory basic hardware knowledge in analog and digital design.
• Ability to root-cause complex, multi-level engineering problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork mindset.
• Passion to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with linker scripts and multiple toolchains (GCC, IAR, Arm) is a

plus.

• Experience in writing technical documents is a plus.
• Experience in multicore software development is a plus.
• Experience with capacitive and or inductive touch sensing solutions isa plus.
• Familiarity with MCU peripherals such as ADC, PWM, DMA, Timers.
• Proven ability to optimize for low power and high performance in sensing applications.
