Overview
As a Waste Collection Worker, you'll perform the collection of domestic, commercial, and industrial solid waste in a safe and efficient manner according to company standards. Responsibilities include following designated routes, using collection vehicles properly, maintaining equipment, and ensuring environmental and safety compliance. The position requires physical stamina to lift heavy materials, operate collection equipment, and work in various weather conditions. Candidates should have at least a high school education with literacy skills and preferably 6 months of experience following instructions in formal or informal work settings.
