Role:
Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality.

What the candidate will do:

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) according to demand, customer orders, and business priorities.
• Sequence production orders considering plant capacity, material availability, changeover times (setups), and operational constraints.
• Directing master production schedules; reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence
• Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems like bottlenecks, installed capacity, and efficiency, recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.
• Ensure compliance with On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets and minimize delays and obsolete inventory
• Analyze key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, WIP, lead time, aged production orders and capacity utilization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.

Education requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree: In Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers.
• Intermediate English Conversational

Problem Solving

• Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions, and reporting).
• Strong analytical mindset to address challenges related to production, materials, and scheduling.

Production Scheduling and Control

• Minimum 1 year in production scheduling.
• Proficient in the use of MRP systems for material planning and control. (Basic system SAP)
• Skilled in applying MRP tools to ensure material availability and adherence to production plans.

Cross-Team Integration:

• Ability to effectively engage with customers and suppliers to anticipate and address demand and supply requirements
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams and departments to work collaboratively

The best candidates will also have:

• Advanced Conversational English
• SAP proficiency (PP module)
• Preferably intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI and other digitization tools.

Additional information:

Location: Santa Catarina.

This position works Monday through Friday and remote work is not available.
