GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Leads the Outlet as the Outlet Person Incharge. Leads & manage all tasks related to Poison stock management & poison Sales (Walk in, Website based, Referral Based, Panel, etc.). Lead, Instruct & assist other staff in the outlet in Outlet Opening/Closure, Outlet Cleanliness, Cash/Float Check & Handling, Stock Management, Promotions, Membership Enrollment & Quality Customer Service. Handles & holds accountability to all arising matters (within his/her capacity) that occurs at the assigned Outlet.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend Queries, Screen Prescriptions, Fulfill & Dispense/Post all Poison related orders (Walk in, Website based, Referral Based, Panel, etc.).
- Manages primarily poison related inventory & also oversees non-poison/OTC inventory in the Outlet.
- Counsel customers on how and when to take their prescribed medications.
- Maintain proper poison drugs record for Poison B, Poison C and Pseudoephedrine
- Complies to all other regulatory matters under the requirement of a License A Holder.
- Conduct health and wellness screening such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood cholesterol etc.
- Serve customers by providing optimum customer service and advice
- Enquire & assign member number or register new customers as members for all transactions at POS
- Issue Request Quotation, Email Purchase Order to suppliers & Complete GRN upon receival of all items in the outlet as well as upload into company shared drive.
- Monitor back order of stocks not received.
- Issue Stock Issue (SI) when issuing stock to other outlet and Stock Receive (SR) for stocks received from other outlets.
- Conduct random stock count on a weekly basis.
- Perform stock count for outright & consignment items with report on a monthly basis
- Monitor and remove expired and/or damaged drugs from sellable inventory area
- Monitor stocks expiry dates, fill product return forms (manual & in system), make arrangement with suppliers for purchase return or exchange, ensure all product return forms are signed by collector/driver upon collection and signed copy uploaded to company shared drive.
- Coordinate monthly in-store promotions to generate sales for outlet.
- Explore the options & participate in booth sales at the premises, surrounding areas or external event in order to promote and generate sales for the outlet.
- Ensures Outlet Operations runs as per assigned operational hours by Management. Any leave absence must be pre-applied & pre-informed to KPJHS HQ HR & immediate Reporting Officer.
- Ensure safe & proper handling of outlet’s keys and security features of outlets.
- Ensure proper handling of POS cash register opening and closing.
- Ensures all Cash/Float Checking & Handling are accurate & small cash denominations sufficient on daily basis.
- Ensure all daily cash income is deposited to KPJ Healthshoppe Official account on weekly basis.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for customers.
- Attend to sales representatives.
- Ensure that all price revision price labels are updated accordingly & price list printed & displayed in file Monthly.
- Up to date with all KPJHS HQ email updates, SOPs & Memo.
- Oversee the overall maintenance of the outlet. To inform KPJHS HQ of any issues.
- Conduct survey of competitors prices especially for fast moving items (whenever requested)
- Submit Monthly Outlet Report
- Supervise & ensure sufficient stock arrangement on the shelves & store room in a neat and orderly manner, according to FEFO (first expired first out), by item grouping & item type.
- Attend relevant product at outlet premise or virtually with suppliers and/or training to increase knowledge arranged by KPJHS HQ HR Team.
- Perform other ad-hoc task as & when required by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education:
Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent
Knowledge and Experiences:
- Knowledge in Retail Pharmacy Practice
- Minimum 1yr Experience in Community Pharmacy is preferred
