We're looking for a candidate with proven skills with enzymes in the Food & Beverage and most importantly the Dairy industry. Driving growth in our Cultures and Enzymes portfolio across the Maghreb region. Combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions to customers and channel partners in the dairy industry.

Where You'll Make a Difference
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
- Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations. Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers.
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners
- Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists
- Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors,
- aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Representation
- Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- You are a professional with a Dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with Dairy enzymes
- You like to work independently, being self-motivated but also understand how to function in a larger organization and the importance of reaching common business goals – a high degree of team spirit is a prerequisite
- You are customer centric and open-minded
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience
- You are fluent in English language and have a valid driving license
