Job Description

To provide support, advice and/or sales through excellent service and solutions delivery and product knowledge to ensure an excellent banking experience for customers. The role is accountable for supporting stakeholders to drive transactional sales.

• Producing regular reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Ensuring data accuracy, conducting analysis (trends, variances), and supporting data-driven strategies.
• Driving client acquisition, retention, and revenue through targeted initiatives and solutioning.
• Supporting sales teams, tracking pipelines, and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
• Managing processes such as billing, collections, contract tracking, and service delivery.
• Understanding client needs and delivering tailored transactional, payment, and cash solutions.
• Managing third-party providers, contracts, pricing, and service performance.
• Supporting campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Overseeing account setup, maintenance, repricing, and closures.
• Enhancing processes, reporting, and product propositions based on insights and feedback.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Transactional Banking, Payments/Fintech, Business development Sales.
