Springwood Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian who is ready for more than just another associate position. We're seeking a confident clinician who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine today and is interested in growing into a leadership role.

💸 What We Offer
- $150,000–$160,000 base salary (DOE) with production opportunities

✅ Who We're Looking For
- Experienced DVM
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
- Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery independently
- Confident managing appointments and medical cases during solo doctor shifts
- Enjoys a combination of wellness, medicine, surgery, and urgent care cases
- Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships
- Interested in growing into a Lead DVM/medical leadership position
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Willing to work at least one Saturday per month
