Job Description/Responsibilities

Join our Procurement team and help build strong supplier partnerships that support the continued growth of the BuzzBallz business. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve sourcing strategies, support new product development, and drive cost, quality, and supply performance. You'll play an important role in ensuring business continuity while contributing to procurement initiatives that strengthen our supply chain and support long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across commodities, neutral spirits, sweeteners, flavors, and other key procurement categories.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support new product development, supplier performance, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value creation opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
  • Track procurement performance metrics, support supplier scorecards, and contribute to cost savings, productivity, and contract compliance objectives.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of sourcing and commercialization projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of procurement or related supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and work effectively both independently and across cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Project implementation or project management.
  • Sourcing materials within the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industries.
  • Supporting supplier relationship management, sourcing strategies, or new product commercialization.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

The annual salary range for this role is $68,785.68 - $103,178.53. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
