What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Process policy changes according to agent and client requests

• Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)

• Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners

• Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications

• Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests

• Is known for their strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Is recognized for their ability to learn quickly and navigate complex processes

• Has 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $78,090 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.

Please note that this position is a temporary 12-month contract. This opportunity provides valuable experience within a leading Canadian insurance and wealth management organization, while offering the chance to develop your skills and expand your professional network.
