Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Clerk to join our team at Msuez Uk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist customers with finding products and providing product information
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
• Monitor and restock shelves and displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
