Join us for an exciting career opportunity as a Senior Analyst, Membership Performance with the Membership & Performance Analytics team part of our Market & Channels Central Marketing organization.

Please note: The position is based at our Copenhagen HUB, and relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and reporting on app user behaviours to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on user acquisition to drive growth in our rapidly scaling digital product.
  • Provide insights to the CRM performance management team to boost CRM communication effectiveness.
  • Develop audience models to refine targeting strategies.
  • Implement customer segmentation to personalize user experiences and guide strategic business decisions.
  • Generate actionable insights to enhance our fast-growing loyalty program.
  • Advance your skills as an analyst using a state-of-the-art tech stack, alongside talented colleagues in a dynamic, ambitious team.

As part of the Membership & Performance Analytics team, you'll deliver insightful analysis and reporting for the LEGO Insiders app and our membership proposition. Collaborate with dedicated analysts focused on the LEGO Insiders program, a leading loyalty initiative for LEGO enthusiasts worldwide. Your work will help teams assess intervention effectiveness, fostering continuous learning and program improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in data analysis within mobile app analytics, marketing, or CRM.
  • Proven ability to generate impactful insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Adobe Analytics) is a must.
  • Expertise in advanced analytical methodologies: handling outliers, regression analysis, time series forecasting, clustering techniques.
  • Proactive "can-do" attitude and approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present findings to stakeholders.

Additional skills that would be beneficial

  • Experience with app user behaviour, customer acquisition strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Expertise in Databricks, including advanced features (e.g., metric views).
  • Familiarity with email marketing and audience modelling techniques.
