We’re seeking a Client Manager to join our Responsible Entity (RE) Services Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compliant service to Investment Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general client relationships and enquiries, acting as a key contact for Investment Managers and service providers.

  • Coordinate client operational meetings, service provider meetings and relevant activity across Responsible Entity Services pods.

  • Conduct ongoing fee reviews and support the management of TIA agreements.

  • Manage platform agreements, loan documents, application documents and related agreements to support client and fund requirements.

  • Support listed investment requirements, including fund fact sheets and listed obligations.

  • Consider income streaming requirements and coordinate relevant documentation and stakeholder input.

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of periodic and exit statements in line with client, fund and regulatory obligations.

About you

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or other similar discipline

  • Have worked in financial services for at least 3 years

  • Ideally 2+ years in an outsourced Responsible Entity model

  • Strong knowledge of the managed funds industry and operational experience (custody, administration, registry, audit, investment operations) relating to managed investment schemes is highly regarded.

  • Strong relationship management skills.
