## The impact you’ll make
Develops and administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s). Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. May conduct employment background checks. Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. Professionals at the higher levels may specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
## What you’ll do
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership positions across multiple functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
Recruiting Strategy & Workforce Growth
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing channels, including agencies, direct sourcing, referrals, social platforms, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Drive recruiting efficiency through data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Partner with Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers and external recruiting partners to ensure service excellence and hiring success.
- Maintain data integrity and support accurate reporting within recruiting systems.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Help strengthen Lam Research's employer brand in the market.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, university engagement activities, career events, and talent community programs.
- Act as an ambassador for Lam's culture, values, and growth story.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Share recruiting best practices and market insights with peers globally and stakeholders.
- Champion innovation, including the use of AI-enabled recruiting tools and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
## Who we’re looking for
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within multinational, high-growth, or technology-focused organizations.
- Proven success recruiting technical and/or engineering talent.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, talent market trends, and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
