This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in dentistry or continue growing within a team that values learning, collaboration, and excellence.What You'll Do• Sterilize and process dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.• Prepare and stock treatment rooms before each patient.• Turn over operatories efficiently between appointments.• Maintain an organized sterilization area and clinical supply inventory.• Ensure instruments and equipment are ready to support the clinical team throughout the day.• Assist doctors, hygienists, and dental assistants as needed.• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients and team.• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.What We're Looking For• Dental experience is preferred but not required.
