Logistics Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics operations for an international automotive spare parts trading company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, re-export, and local deliveries.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport companies.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure accurate HS code classification and customs compliance in accordance to UAE regulations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance and transportation costs.
• Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and Free Zone procedures (Dubai South/JAFZA preferred).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Residency in UAE.
