The NET-A-PORTER Group are now seeking a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join the NET-A-PORTER team based in our offices in London, Shepherds Bush. Reporting into the Merchandiser, you will be tasked with providing administrative support across all aspects of trading, merchandise planning and forecasting. Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office, 1 at home)

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Generate accurate delivery forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Produce weekly delivery and performance reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Prioritize deliveries and workload in line with departmental and business objectives.
- Manage supplier deliveries to maximize product availability and full-price selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Trade and Transport teams to ensure shipping, customs, and compliance requirements are met.
- Resolve warehouse delivery queries promptly and provide cross-functional query support.
- Analyse returns data, identify trends, and implement actions to reduce return rates.
- Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, RTVs, SORs, and manage associated stock movements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock adjustments, discounts, cancellations, and product availability, including website stock status updates.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

- Strong analytical skills and exceptional numeric ability.
- Advanced Excel knowledge essential.
- Experience in working as part of a diverse team – able to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development.
- A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy.
