  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  •  1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within network infrastructure, datacenter, telecommunications, or a related technology environment.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating project activities, documentation, schedules, stakeholder communications, and action tracking, preferably within network infrastructure, data center, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environments.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, procurement partners, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, particularly in documentation, action tracking, reporting, and issue coordination.

  • Experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, project status updates, schedules, budgets, and related reporting materials.
