This team applies critical thinking and thorough data analysis to support informed business decisions. Members utilize expertise in big data analytics, database query languages, and visual analytics to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and create clear visual representations. What you'll do:
- Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Perform initial data quality checks and manage ongoing data quality monitoring and remediation activities.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations and reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives and support decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts on data analysis methods, visualization best practices, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and promote data management best practices.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive knowledge of data sources, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience performing data quality assessments.
- Strong understanding of data strategy principles, data management, governance, and data quality standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.
- Experience with exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and scripting languages like SQL and Python.
- Ability to manage data quality frameworks, monitor metrics, and lead data cleansing initiatives.
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights and support decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
