[What the role is]
The CAAS Management Associate Programme (MAP) is designed to nurture the next generation of aviation leaders. As a Management Associate, you will embark on a structured developmental journey that equips you with the skills, experience and confidence to build a fulfilling career in CAAS and contribute to the growth of Singapore’s air hub and aviation industry.Through project assignments, developmental programmes and job rotations, you will gain broad exposure across the aviation ecosystem and develop the capabilities required to become a future leader in CAAS.
[What you will be working on]
Gain Hands-on Experience from Day One: You will undergo a suite of curated developmental programmes and on-the-job training to build expertise in your area of work. This will provide you with a strong foundation for a meaningful and rewarding career in CAAS.
Build Core Aviation Capabilities: During the early years of your career, you will undergo structured rotations across at least two functional clusters in CAAS. These postings will provide holistic understanding of the different aspects of aviation and develop a strong foundation in aviation policy, operations and industry development.
Contribute to Impactful and Meaningful Projects: You will have opportunities to participate in organisation-wide and sector-level initiatives that support the continued growth, transformation and resilience of Singapore's aviation sector. Working alongside colleagues from diverse disciplines, you will broaden your perspectives and hone your leadership capabilities.
Learn from Experienced Leaders and Industry Experts: You will benefit from mentorship by senior leaders within CAAS who will provide guidance and career advice to support your professional growth. Beyond mentorship, you will have opportunities to connect with aviation professionals across the industry, building valuable networks and learning from experienced practitioners.
[What we are looking for]
Singapore Citizens in the final year of university study, or with less than 2 years of work experience Outstanding CCA / leadership track records.
