Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Overnight Reservations Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who can communicate accurately and efficiently. This position reports to the Reservations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our work environment with a positive and friendly attitude
• Field inquiries for transient reservations and convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations
• Listen and communicated effectively and use selling strategies to close sales
• Record all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms
• Update guest history records, travel agency/company records on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel management
• A working knowledge of hotel operations
• Ability to operate computer equipment
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
