The Optician will be integral to the patient care experience, performing essential duties including, but not limited to:
- Assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records and orders
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort
- Provide support and information about specialty lenses and other optical products
- Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative team environment to enhance the patient care experience
