Overview
JOB SUMMARY: The responsibilities associated with the position are as follows:
• Provide first-level resolution support to employees and stakeholders on security requests and requirements coming to service management solutions and emails.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base to accommodate responses to new security queries.
• Coordinate and assign security requests through service management solutions.
• Work on tickets related to Information Security tasks
• Participates in the access review process of the GSO.
• Fulfill access requests for organization tools supported by GSO (LionBox, SharePoint, OneTrust, and Distribution lists).
• Participate in the GSO evidence repository refresh process.
• Facilitate the review of GSO documents included in the Master List of documents.
• Participate in the Security Risk Exception request process.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Continuous monitoring of the centralized distribution list and response to various requests.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly to understand the requests.
• Maintain a support role in information security to understand the various aspects of security.
• Demonstrate communication skills regarding essential security risk and compliance concepts, processes, and procedures and their impact on IT and business processes.
• Demonstrate interpersonal, presentation, and relationship skills required for supporting internal and external customers..

• Mandatory Technical graduate and language skills (oral, written, and listening): English
