  • Support SMT equipment setup and operation, including solder printer, pick-and-place, and reflow machines.

  • Perform incoming PCB inspections and construction analysis, including X-ray inspection, lead integrity, and bend testing.

  • Prepare reliability and construction analysis reports, and maintain MSLA documentation and reporting.

  • Provide technical support and training to Reliability Operators on daily operations and testing activities.

  • Maintain laboratory housekeeping (5S) and ensure compliance with ESD standards and safety requirements.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters.

  • Experience in reliability laboratory operations and semiconductor reliability testing is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor devices such as diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, logic devices, and ICs will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
