Please note: The salary range above represents this position’s earning potential. The anticipated hiring range for this position will be $57,596 to $84,902, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
This position is a one-year term position; scheduled to end on July 1, 2027. Continued employment in this position is contingent upon renewal of term.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) is responsible for the planning, management, and oversight of Public Behavioral Health services within Montgomery County. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join the Hub Team within the LBHA.
The Office Services Coordinator will perform advanced level office and program support duties for the Hub Team. The Hub's primary responsibilities are to coordinate service providers, act as a fiduciary, and collect and report systems-level data.
Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendar
- Managing documents and records
- Organizing and tracking project work assignments and budgets
- Providing a full array of office services to facilitate effective office workflow
- Coordinating a wide range of administrative and fiscal transactions
- Actively collaborating with the Hub Team and LBHA and attending required meetings
- Supporting office programmatic operations and services
This position requires the ability to attend meetings or perform work at locations outside the office.
Telework: This position may be eligible for limited hybrid telework after the initial training period.
A criminal background check will be conducted on the selected candidate prior to appointment and will be a significant factor in the hiring decision.
Experience: Four (4) years of progressively responsible office support experience.
Education: Graduation from high school or High School Certificate of completion recognized in the State of Maryland.
Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
Medical Protocol: This position requires completion of a pre-employment Medical History Form to assess your ability to safely perform the essential duties of the role.
