Packer-
Livonia- Afternoon Shift (3pm-1am) Monday-Friday & (1pm-9pm) Saturday - Review work order instructions.
- Complete Work Orders assigned.
- Review the quality of extrusion products (i.e.: length, surface, dents, defects, etc.) reporting any discrepancies.
- Bundle products following packing instructions from the work order.
- Review, verify, and sign the completion of work order.
- Various plant floor housekeeping, as needed.
This position requires punctuality and excellent attendance, with the physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive sitting, standing/walking, extensive bending/kneeling/squatting, continuous lifting up to 75 pounds from floor to average waist-high platform, use of various hand tools and instruments, daily inspection of operating equipment and extreme temperatures. Requirements - Working experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Commute to multiple company facilities and personnel, as needed.
- Engages in self-learning keeping up with industry trends, safety, and company information, as needed.
