We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist (Radiation Therapist) to join our Global Standards and Content team. In this role, you will play a key part in educating and supporting new users on our proprietary healthcare oncology software/ ARIA products. Working closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams, you will contribute to developing and delivering training strategies for Siemens Healthineers products. This is a remote role with less than 25% travel requirements

Training and Support:

• Strategize, coordinate, and facilitate innovative training solutions for software products: ARIA Core, ARIA cOIS, and ARIA STM.

• Act as the primary interface between GCS (clinical), Product Marketing and Product Management, ensuring seamless global communication and data dissemination to internal and external customers.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Engineers, Product Marketing, Education team, applications and Help Desk, Information Technologists, Internal/External Trainers, and Instructional Designers to develop comprehensive training strategies and materials (documents and/or videos) for internal and external customers worldwide.

Training Coordination:

• Coordinate and lead customer and employee training classes, with a focus on innovative training solutions.

• Provide demo support at local, regional, national, and global customer trade events.

Content Development and Support:

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address specific implementation questions.

• Formulate complementary support training information, including quick tips, procedures/course manuals, and onsite training documentation.

• Utilize video creation tools, with proficiency in Camtasia.

• Support team members in the implementation of innovative technologies and training solutions.

The base pay range for this position is:

$89,220 - $122,672

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
