Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a X-Sites Digital Operations Leader (f/m) to join our Digital in Operations team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team supporting digitalization of Operations across all Airbus Commercial Sites. As part of the OEG team, you will be involved in deploying and coordinating digital activities, aiming at ensuring all appropriate digital capabilities are deployed and the voice of the customer (sites) is clearly heard and addressed.

Your challenges:
New Lines project manager:
Animate and manage digital gates (on the model of LBIP) to guarantee proper New Lines delivery in terms of landscape, roadmap, pre-requisites…
Plan, monitor and challenge the financial performance for New Lines digitalization
Drumbeat risk mitigation and action resolution
Digital Tool Landscape Expertise:
Act as the central focal point for the digital tool landscape, understanding functionalities and applications relevant to Operations, for all Airbus Commercial sites.
Advise sites on their digital landscape to guarantee adherence to central strategy and local tools rationalization
With this knowledge, support the on-site assessments conducted in the frame of the AOS (Airbus Operating System) to identify digital improvements
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
Ensure strong collaboration with IT on the New Lines digitalization project
Drive a community of diverse stakeholders towards the common goal of New Lines Entry into Service, including site digital leaders, project teams, IT stakeholders, cybersecurity focal points, etc…
Co-lead the site monthly meeting
Your boarding pass:
Deep knowledge of Airbus Operations, especially the manufacturing industry
Proven experience in project/portfolio management (Planisware, LBIP,...)
Ability to deep-dive in technical content when needed
Fluent in French and in English
Ability to thrive in a complex environment, to unite and engage diverse teams
Communication and networking skills, including in multicultural environments
Strong team-spirit
Customer-focused with adaptability and resilience
Proactivity and autonomy
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for
clearance by the recognized authorities.
