As a NP/PA with UltaCare Medical, you will become a valued leader and advocate for residents in a variety of post-acute settings. Our opportunity is designed for those who appreciate a balance between professional fulfillment and personal flexibility.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.
- Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
- Regulatory Compliance.
Financial Rewards and Benefits:
- Annual compensation ranges from $110.000. to $120,000. based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
