Senior Business Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following:

 

• Maintain CRM data including accounts, end customer projects, and products
• Manage data quality for accounts, design registration, opportunities, samples, and quotes
• Support and train internal and external CRM users and Partners (manufacturer reps & distributors)
• Support new project implementation in CRM: Samples, EVK, contracts
• Update and maintain internal process documentation
• Ensure accurate reporting and design registration of new design-in opportunities
• Manage CRM development and issues with business applications team
• Work with CRM admin to improve the functionality and user experience
• Support sales managers with administrative tasks in CRM

Qualifications

• Experience working with an integrated ERP system with Finance, Quality and Operations modules
• Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley protocols
• Strong skills in Excel and Word
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and process-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred
• CRM experience a plus (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
• Bachelors in business, marketing, accounting, or related + 6 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of experience

Compensation and Benefits

MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.

 

MaxLinear's good faith estimate starting base salary range is:  $84,600 to $103,400 Annually

The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
