Solution Consultant

Requirement Assessment: Conduct workshops with senior members of customer organisations to drive requirement assessments. Solution Design: deliver comprehensive solutions ensuring alignment with business goals. Configuration: Design and implement UKG Ready HCM solutions and interfaces to meet specific client needs. Documentation: Collect, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, creating technical specifications. Build and Configuration: Build and configuration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design and client requirements. Provide expert knowledge and best practices during the Build phase. Testing Support: Provide guidance and support during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Best Practices: Advocate for and implement industry best practices in workforce management, process optimisation, and system configuration. Effective Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Client Management: Foster strong relationships with client Project teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Travel: Travel up to 25% may be required to meet with clients and support project implementations. Extensive experience in implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers. Previous experience managing or supporting UK payroll processes, with a solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers, managing specific tasks to completion with minimal direction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills would be considered an advantage. Such as French, Spanish, German, Polish, Italian.
