Veselin Naydenov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Consulting, Design, and Implementation of projects for MS Teams enterprise voice solutions in combination with SBCs and ContactCenter Solutions.
• Translating the customer’s demand into an adequate technical solution in order to maximize the added value.
• E2E responsibility for the technical services.
• On-Call duty and maintenance jobs outside of working hours.
• Being in direct contact with our customers and involved internal departments.
• Constantly reconciling with our internal departments and companies of our operational Countries (OpCos) in terms of Service Optimization, Change-/Release Management, Problem Management as well as Innovation Management.
• Being responsible for the activity and maintenance of documentation and delivery of necessary KPIs.
• Constant training and active Know-How Transfer about current technologies and processes is an essential part of this position.
• A high level of security awareness is an essential part of our daily activities. 

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Solid technical working experience in the field of Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice Solutions.
• Profound technical skills in the following technologies: MS Teams, Skype for Business, AudioCodes SBC, Anywhere 365, Samwin.
• Technical skills in the following technologies Azure, DNS, IP, Network, Firewall.
• Ideally, you are already a certified expert in Microsoft 365, AudioCodes SBCs, ContactCenter (e.g. Anywhere365).
• Scripting-/programming skills with a sharp focus on Powershell and Graph API.
• Structured and self-organized way of working.
• Professional communication skills and a high level of customer-and service orientation.
• English language is a must.
• German language is a plus.
