Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Microsoft 365 Administrator with 2-3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration and cloud infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services while supporting Azure cloud solutions, Cisco networking technologies, and Microsoft Fabric environments. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical systems and ensure business continuity. This is a contract to hire role, reporting onsite at our client location in Fort Collins, CO.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, security groups, and access permissions within Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services.
- Support Microsoft Fabric environments, including data integration, analytics, governance, and platform administration activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to maintain reliable and secure services.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Azure, and connectivity-related issues.

Compensation Range:
$40.00 -$48.00 an hour
