- Assist guests with recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software a plus
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
