At Kramp, our Field Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving commercial success. You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers, translate our strategy into actionable sales plans and ensure we continue to grow together with our customers
Your role
As a Field Sales Manager, you are responsible for translating the company's strategy into clear commercial business plans and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, growth objectives, and customer satisfaction. You lead, coach and develop the Field Sales team while fostering collaboration, entrepreneurship and continuous improvement.
Your specific tasks include:
Translating the company strategy into operational sales plans and clear objectives for the Field Sales team
Supporting, challenging and monitoring territory performance and account plans to drive customer growth and profitability
Leading the value-added sales approach by identifying growth opportunities and maximizing customer potential
Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and budget realization, while ensuring sustainable business growth
Ddeveloping and supporting Account Managers through performance reviews, field coaching and joint customer visits
Building strong relationships with customers and supporting the development of strategic accounts
Working closely with commercial functions like customer service, marketing, pricing, assortment and other internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, tools and customer solutions
Leading and contributing to local and international sales projects and change initiatives
Your team
You will lead a team of Account Managers and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Pricing, Assortment and other departments. In this role, you report to the Commercial Director and collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives and deliver outstanding customer value.
Who are you?
We are looking for a commercially ambitious and sales-driven leader who combines strong business acumen with passion for coaching, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5-8 years of experience in managing sales operations with proven success track records in delivering the commercial results
Good understanding of complex, technical, value added business serving customers in a multi-channel business model (B2B, B2C, retail, web, CS, field sales)
Proficiency in CRM and other digital sales tools, territory planning and sales data analysis
Experience in managing and developing the sales teams; coaching approach
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Strong communication, stakeholder management and networking capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in written and spoken English and native proficiency in the local language
Experience in working in international, matrix organizations will be the added value
Willingness to travel
