Description
Nordic Infucare started its journey as an entrepreneurial company with a focus on doing things differently. The business was established to offer specialized treatments for people living with chronic diseases, with the goal of simplifying life and improving patient outcomes. By bridging the gap between medical technology, pharmaceuticals and daily reality, we work toward making life easier for those we serve.
Since the start in 2002, we have grown into a company with more than 100 employees. Today, we are a part of the Air Liquide group, and the patient’s quality of life remains the guide for our actions.
At Nordic Infucare, we share a passion for solving problems and a genuine drive to make a difference. Our focus is on simplifying life for patients, ensuring that complex medical needs become easier to manage. We believe that we achieve the best results by empowering our people and providing the space for creativity.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Our Customer Experience team manages critical interactions with our regional customers, handling everything from order placement and delivery to invoicing and technical support. As an Order Agent, you will take ownership of our outbound supply chain process across the Nordic region, ensuring that essential medical and pharmaceutical products are delivered reliably and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Order Management: Efficiently process manual and system-based orders, prioritizing tasks to meet regional delivery timelines and strict tender agreements.
Empathetic Customer Support: Deliver professional, first-class service via phone and email to customers, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring all inquiries are documented accurately in the CRM.
Invoicing & Financial Controls: Execute regional invoicing, credit processing, and compliance controls (such as the "4-eyes principle" and free-of-charge audits) across pharmaceutical and medtech lines.
Supply Chain & Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with and monitor third-party warehouses, managing stock movements and conducting monthly/yearly inventory reconciliations and GAP analyses.
Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to process automations and efficiency updates, participate in onboarding new colleagues, and flexibly assist the team to hit collective KPIs.
Are you a MATCH?
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who embodies our core values: empathy, accountability, customer focus, and passion. To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in Customer Operations: Proven experience working in an order department, customer service, or logistics/supply chain environment.
Strong System Literacy: Comfort navigating ERP and CRM systems
A Solution-Oriented Mindset : A positive attitude centered on teamwork, joint problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English. Swedish language skills are advantageous but not essential.
