Our client, a global leader in health and hygiene is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Specialist to drive growth across the Advanced Wound Care portfolio in the San Francisco Bay market. This is an opportunity to represent clinically differentiated products while partnering with surgeons, wound care clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems that directly impact patient outcomes.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strategic relationships, and is passionate about healthcare innovation.
What You’ll Do:
• Grow territory sales through account expansion and competitive conversions
• Partner with Acute Care, Surgical, and Wound Care Center decision-makers
• Execute strategic territory and account plans
• Build strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders
• Leverage clinical product knowledge to influence product adoption
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Healthcare or wound care sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a competitive, driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree required
