Design Officer

As we continue our international expansion, we're looking for a talented Design Officer to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Design Officer is responsible for creating high-quality design concepts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings that reflect Swiss Butter's brand identity. The role supports projects from concept through execution by producing accurate documentation and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce photorealistic 3D renderings for restaurant projects.
• Prepare accurate AutoCAD and Revit drawings, including:
  • Floor plans
  • Elevations
  • Facades
  • Door schedules
  • Bathroom tiling elevations
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with Swiss Butter brand standards and local regulations.
• Support project execution through coordination with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Participate in site visits to verify construction progress and resolve design issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Construction teams.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably within Hospitality or F&B.

Technical Skills

• Advanced AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Intermediate Revit
• Strong 3D rendering skills using software such as:
  • 3ds Max
  • V-Ray
  • SketchUp
  • Lumion
  • or similar
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction methods and site coordination.
