Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Owner (m/f/d) Product Release (BRH) to lead the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of Product Release processes across our global organization. Working closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO), regional stakeholders, and process experts, you will help shape future processes and support major transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
Own the Product (Batch) Release process within the Inspect-to-Release framework.
Define, harmonize, document, and improve end-to-end Product Release processes.
Ensure alignment with related business processes and system interfaces.
Maintain process standards, governance, and documentation.
Lead a global network of Product Release experts.
Act as the primary contact for Product Release topics.
Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional alignment.
Support governance decisions through Design Authority, Functional Committees, and the Business Transformation Board.
Manage Product Release-related initiatives, deliverables, and dependencies.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed.
Engage business units, regions, and SMEs to support transformation activities.
Contribute to change management and communication efforts.
Your qualifications:
University degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Warehouse Management.
Experience in Life Sciences and global transformation or SAP programs.
Strong understanding of Product Release and Quality Management processes.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Nutrition industries.
Familiarity with SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH), SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset focused on process optimization.
Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
Business fluency in English.
