Bartenders & Floor Staff

The Doss House is an Irish-owned, heritage-listed whiskey and cocktail bar located in The Rocks. We are on the lookout for experienced bartenders and floor staff to join our incredible team.

Experience is preferred, particularly behind the bar. We are looking for people who can handle a busy service, make great cocktails and understand the importance of a properly poured pint of Guinness. Whiskey knowledege is a definite advantage.

Attitude is just as important to us. If you are quick, personable, dependable and keen to learn, we would still love to hear from you

What we are looking for:



• Availability across evenings and weekends

• NSW RSA

• A strong work ethic and good attitude

• Confidence working in a fast-paced venue

• Bartending or hospitality experience preferred

• Cocktail and high-volume beer experience highly regarded

• People looking for consistent hours, not just the occasional shift
