  • Interpret EU, national and local EHS legislation and advise site leadership on compliance obligations, upcoming regulatory changes and practical implementation steps.
  • Act as the primary local coordinator for contracted EHS service providers; manage delivery, schedules, scope adherence and performance to Boeing standards.

  • Provide EHS input during business development, capital projects, facility modifications and contractor scopes-of-work to ensure regulatory compliance, safe-by-design solutions and constructability of controls.
  • Support deployment, internal auditing and continuous improvement of the regional EHS management system, including corrective action tracking and evidence-based performance reporting.
  • Serve as regional contact for incidents: coordinate immediate response, lead or support root-cause investigations, and ensure timely, accurate internal and regulatory reporting.
  • Track, prioritize and facilitate closure of corrective and preventive actions; verify effectiveness and document lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory and technical reports required by authorities and regional management; maintain organized records to demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional EHS teams to harmonize standards, share best practices, standardize tools/templates and drive consistent program delivery across sites.
  • Support product- and environment-related compliance activities, including waste management, emissions monitoring, chemical inventories (REACH/CLP considerations) and control measures.
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate targeted EHS training programs and toolbox talks; verify completion and assess training effectiveness at assigned sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits across Southern & Western Europe to validate program implementation, engage frontline teams and support site-level continuous improvement.

PLEASE submit your resume in English.

  • Strong practical experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system requirements, including implementation, internal auditing and continual improvement.
  • Proven skills in incident investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management, with a track record of measurable risk reduction.
  • Competence in risk assessment methodologies and selection/verification of effective control measures (e.g., JSA, HAZOP, FMEA as applicable).
