Als een operator in produktie op onze krimpkous produktie afdeling in Amersfoort , krijg je de kans om je nieuwsgierigheid te benutten en samen te werken met enkele van de meest innovatieve en diverse mensen over de hele wereld.

 

Hier maak je impact door:

• Je technische expertise toe te passen bij de ombouw en controle van de machines.
• Kwaliteits controle en verantwoordelijkheid voor het gemaakte produkt.
• Het eigen maken van onze veilgheidsvisie en het continue verbeteren daarvan.
• Samenwerken met operators en het gehele team om veiligheid, kwaliteit en service te garanderen.

 

Jouw vaardigheden en expertise

Om vanaf dag één succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoekt 3M kandidaten die aan de volgende minimumvereisten voldoen:

• Technische kennis en daarbij behorende opleiding.
• VCA diploma, BHVopleiding en ervaring met heftruck
• Ervaring als produktie operator, werkt in 3 ploegendient 5 dagen.
• Talenkennis : Nederlands

 

Aanvullende kennis / mooie-to-have vaardigheden / voorkeurskwalificaties die je nog verder kunnen helpen slagen in deze rol zijn:

• Werkt graag samen en klein team verband
