Job Summary:
Location: 10909 John Galt Boulevard, Omaha, NE, 68137, US
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
This is a temporary holiday position and requires on-site work.
- Must be available to train during daytime hours.
- Evening shifts will be available during November and December.
- Shifts are available between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
Reviews and interprets all direct mail, internal, and incentive orders. Verifies relevant information against source documents, history files and system data files. Enters appropriate data into computer, verifying the data to ensure the timely, efficient and accurate processing of orders and/or inquiry requests.
Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Verifies all pricing, selection and source code information on orders using available source documents and system data files. Maintains attention to detail to ensure that correct pricing and premiums are applied to avoid customer claims.
- Enters orders, interpreting order forms mailed in by customers and email orders done by in-house representatives from B2B and Steak Advisors.
- Processes gift certificates issued by the B2B Department
- Processes customer maintenance using all available resources.
- Researches orders, scans buyer ID for buying history, comments and purchasing patterns to ensure against fraud and duplication of orders. Verifies funds on large or suspect orders.
- Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in data entry
- 10 key adding machine skills
- Typing Skills
- Knowledge in Excel
- Ability to problem solve.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
