You'll have the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant water resource, energy and reservoir safety projects, including new strategic reservoir developments, reservoir safety improvement works, dam risk and asset management programmes and hydraulic structures projects for major UK clients including Thames Water, South East Water, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, Drax Power, SSE and the Environment Agency.

This role offers the opportunity to influence major technical decisions, shape industry-leading solutions to some of the sector's most complex dam, reservoir safety and hydraulic structures challenges.  You'll join one of the UK's leading dams and reservoir engineering teams, bringing together expertise in dam engineering, reservoir safety, hydraulics, geotechnics, civil engineering, asset management and risk assessment.

As a key member of our team, you'll help address some of the industry's most challenging reservoir safety, dam engineering and hydraulic structures challenges, integrating your growing skills with a range of specialist disciplines to deliver high-quality dam, reservoir and hydraulic structure outcomes.  We’re committed to providing industry-leading solutions throughout the project and asset lifecycle, adding value through advisory, design and construction-phase support.

Whether you're already established as a technical leader or working towards a future Panel Engineer appointment, you'll be supported to broaden your expertise, grow your professional profile and take on increasing technical leadership responsibilities.

Become part of a team where every voice matters, and together we can tackle our clients’ toughest challenges. We foster a diverse and inclusive environment where world-class talent thrives without boundaries.  For us, collaboration isn’t a buzzword.  We value the different perspectives our people bring and recognise everyone for their contributions equally.

We also know that different people have different priorities, which is why we’re here to support you with whatever you need.

We offer hybrid working which involves 3 days per week being office/site based.  This position is based in our Epsom, Peterborough, Bristol, Swansea, Manchester, Glasgow, or Cambridge offices.
