ARE YOU THE SERVICE COORDINATOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• HVAC knowledge OR previous experience working for an HVAC company
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and leadership
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred qualifications include HVAC industry knowledge and strong computer skills. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and motivated to help the entire team succeed.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE EVERY DAY AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be at the center of daily service operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day may begin by reviewing technician follow-up sheets, coordinating with the Service Manager to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and making schedule adjustments that maximize productivity. Throughout the day, you'll assist customers with questions and concerns, help maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and management, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time. By keeping information organized, schedules optimized, and communication flowing, you'll play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service department.

This is a full-time home services position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You'll enjoy a stable daytime schedule that allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
